13.1 How can I see the Work Order History on a machine in the Client?

It is actually better to see this information in a report from the Portal, or Power BI, or even from the Portal.  The CLIENT is limited in the number of records it will be able to pull back.   

1. From the Main Menu, go to Service > Equipment.

2. Expand the Red Chevron in the Search Field.

3. Enter your four-digit site number in the SITE field on the General Tab.

4. While still in the search functions, click over to the Groupings Tab.

5. Enter the Asset # in the Asset # Field and click the Search Icon.

The equipment record populates.

6. Click on the Service History Tab in the Lower Workspace.

  • All work Order History is listed showing WO Type, Description and WO Status.
  • The Request/RMA number hyperlinks into the Work Order.

7. The Parts Used Tab shows all parts used without drilling into the Work Order.

8. Click on the Labor and Expenses Tab in the lower workspace to see all of the people who have worked on this machine.
