11.18 How do I print off a list of assigned Tasks from Daily Capacity grid view?

Updated on

From the Daily Capacity view users will be able to print off a list of assigned Tasks from the grid view.

1. At first the PRINT button will be grayed out (not active). This is because EFS is waiting for the user to select a specific day or days to view. Users can select one day of the week or all seven days depending on the output they want to see. For this example we also selected the Hide Unavailable toggle which will only show up technicians that are scheduled to work for this schedule period.

2. Once a day or days are selected the info about each assigned task will show under each technician. In this example we selected Monday through Friday. This is what will populate when you print from this view.

3. Now select the PRINT button. Notice that it is now blue and clickable after selecting a day or days on the grid view.

Planning - Google Chrome

In another browser window a report like this will populate. It will be broken down into the following:

4. Days of the Week.

5. Task number and Status

6. Task Summary - this includes Asset ID, Priority, associated Team, task Description, and Total Hours.

7. Assignments - this will show who the task is assigned to as well as the skillset and task duration

This format will be repeated for all the days originally selected.

To Print:

8. Right Click

9. Select Print...

10. From the preview screen format the document and map the destination.

11. Select Print.
